Eun Bi (played by Koo Hye Sun) is a medical student with dreams of becoming a musical actress. She quits medical school and starts auditioning, but lacking the proper training she fails every single one. She finds an ad for a male musical performer and dresses up as a boy to the audition. However, Yu Jin (Park Ki Woong), an investor for the musical, see through her ruse.

Frustrated, she crosses paths with Bok-ja, who claims to be a musical instructor, and Hong Jae Yi (Daniel Choi), a musical composer who thinks Eun Bi lacks talent. However, Eun Bi refuses to give up on her dream, especially when she sees the acclaimed musical actress Bae Kang Hee (Ok Joo Hyun) take the stage...

Gukhwa (Koo Hye Sun) is a young country girl who leaves Yanbian (China) for Korea to get married. When she arrives in Seoul, she finds out that her fiance had just died in a car accident. Instead of returning to China, she decides to stay and create a new life in Korea. With the help of her fiance's family and in particular his nephew, Ugyeong (Lee Min Woo), she is able to overcome the hardship of living in a foreign country.
